Our Mission
Every organization begins with a mission, but too often, there is a gap between the important work being done and the people who need to know about it, who would support it, or who would like to become part of it. Mission Plus helps organizations close that gap by elevating their visibility in their communities and reversing their status as The Best Kept Secret in Town.

We envision communities where mission-driven organizations are known for their good work and have the resources to grow, where departed veterans receive the final honors they deserve, and where individual veterans have opportunities to continue making meaningful differences.

For Mission-Driven Organizations
Missional Messaging bridges the Mission Gap between the good work happening inside local organizations and the people outside their immediate circles who need to know about it. By helping organizations tell their stories and increase their visibility, we help them attract greater awareness, participation, and support.
For Veterans and Their Families
Flags of Honor supports grieving families as they lay veteran loved ones to rest. When missing military records or other documentation prevent a family from obtaining the honors their veteran deserves, we step in to help ensure that their loved one is honored with the dignity and respect they have earned. At the same time, Flags of Honor provides opportunities for local veterans to continue serving their communities. Their military service may have ended, but their commitment to their fellow comrades-in-arms did not.

Mission Plus was founded by military veterans who understand the meaning of mission and service in a deeply personal way. We have proudly served God and Country, and we bring that same sense of purpose and commitment to the work we do today.
Our service didn’t end when we took off our uniforms.It continues through Mission Plus—helping veterans and their families, strengthening mission-driven organizations, and supporting those who work every day to make our communities better.
